Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States, depending on the carrier.

Please note that once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, The Blush Chapter is not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or damage that occurs during transit.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the situation.
